People Pleaser – a person who pleases anyone and everyone so that they could be called a person of good character

Well, seriously? That sucks! It’s as if you’re a robot doing everyone’s request or order. That type of person whose gonna watch anime just because you watch anime, that person whose gonna download the newest hits just because you love listening to music, that type of person that wears exactly what you like so that they could look good as you, that type of person who’s gonna flood  you with exaggerated compliments so that you would feel happy. I could just go on forever with these examples. I know a few people who are People Pleasers (not naming names). The funny thing about them are that some of them are my friends.  When they talk to me, I don’t know if I would believe them,  but I just go on smiling and pretend that I’m actually listening to them.

I don’t know why they do this, defense mechanism maybe? Or they are just poor kids who are all alone in the world and they’re just SAD.  It’s important to be real, it’s important to be yourself and show the world who you are and what you do, in exchange of that, the world will love you back. Okay? Am I making a point here?

A message to all those People Pleasers, Stay Real and Don’t be Fake. Coz you’ll never know who you true friends are.
